Dear Friends,
Fasten your spiritual seatbelt and prepare for warp drive. The next new moon, which forms on Friday, March 20 at 2:36 AM PDT at 29º Pisces, and the next two weeks, offer enormous tailwinds for transformation. In addition to its occurrence just after the 7th Uranus-Pluto square (see my March 5 2015 update) and just before the vernal equinox, this new moon is also a total solar eclipse amplified by solar flares and a SuperMoon to boot. Altogether, we are being offered a profound evolutionary opportunity to see the light, truth, and love inherent in each one of us, and in all of creation.

Receive, release, and recalibrate. Focus on what you are grateful for, what you are ready to let go of, and what you are choosing to create next. Communicate and collaborate with your spiritual guides. Write your intentions for yourself and your commitments to the world. Meditation is especially potent at dawn, noon, sunset, and midnight, as well as during the peak of the eclipse and equinox, as is contemplative time spent in natural power places. This evolutionary doorway remains open through the total lunar eclipse on April 4, illuminating what still traps us in fear and duality, rather than living in joy and unity.

Eclipses mark a time of major endings and beginnings. To bring in the new, we have to clear out the old. The insanity we see happening around the world is part of a deep cleansing process, as the downpour of light illuminates the shadow. Each moment, each person, each event is an opportunity to extend our love and compassion. Be extra kind to yourself and others. Change takes energy. You may feel unusually tired and or wired during these energetic shifts. Listen to your body. Slow down, quiet down, and tune into the real ‘news’ streaming in from the cosmos.

Our Sun is not just a huge ball of ionized plasma, but an interdimensional portal through which energetic transmissions from outside our solar system are relayed. During an eclipse, as the Moon moves across the disk of the Sun, those extra-stellar broadcasts come through with less interference, enabling the deletion of old codes and the downloading of new programming. While this total solar eclipse lasts only 4 minutes 9 seconds and will be only fully visible from far northern latitudes, it affects the magnetosphere of the Earth and the electromagnetic fields of all of its inhabitants.

This eclipse forms at 29º Pisces, the last degree of the last sign in the zodiac, widening the doors of perception to reveal our divinity and interconnectedness. Pisces is the sign representing the end of the spiritual journey — conscious reunion with the Source. From alpha to omega, from stardust to stardust, we are heroic explorers of the Cosmos, eternally emerging and returning, forgetting and remembering who we really are, as we add our experiences to the great databank in the sky. Pisces is a water sign and is depicted by two yoked fish swimming in opposite directions, acknowledging its evolutionary goal to unify all dualities.

In Pisces, we discover that each of us is like a drop of water: appearing to be an individual but, in reality, indivisible from the ocean of creation. We see that we are both particle and wave, corporeal and divine, temporal and eternal. We realize what mystics have said for millennia and physicists now know, that everything is energy, everything is connected, and everything is in continuous change. Neptune, Mercury, and Chiron are also in Pisces, amplifying the cosmic message to shift our attention and allegiance from left-brain, linear thought to the wisdom of our intuition and heart.

The vernal equinox occurs on March 20 at 3:45 PM PDT, only 13 hours after the solar eclipse. During the days before, on, and after the equinox, the Sun’s alignment with the Earth’s equator generates a reduction in the magnetic field of the Earth, enabling us to more easily access higher dimensions. Equinox and solstice points are thus energetic gateways and extra-potent times to set intentions and participate in ceremony, ritual, and prayer.

We are also experiencing a recalibration and an initiation of new codes and energetic templates from a series of solar flares. The first flare was on March 7, the second on March 11, and on March 17, the strongest geomagnetic storm yet of the current solar cycle was initiated by a Class X solar flare accompanied by a coronal mass ejection (CME). Light encodes information, and arrives from the Sun in about 8 minutes. Solar winds carrying highly charged particles from the Sun take another 2-3 days, as they stream at approximately one million miles per hour, much slower than at the speed of light (186,000 miles per second.)

Those ionized particles will reach Earth between March 19-20. Both bursts affect the magnetosphere of the Earth, sparking aurora displays, radio blackouts, and a rebooting of our psyches. The fact that this is also a SuperMoon, where the Moon is at perigee (its closest approach to the Earth), increases gravitational and electromagnetic pulls on the Earth’s tides and tectonic plates, as well as on our physical and emotional bodies, thus facilitating even larger shifts in consciousness.

All this induces us to remember: "We are all here to let our light fully shine — the enlightened ones call this full-filament. It is true that the unexamined life is not worth living, and equally true that the unlived life is not worth examining. To “show up” means to live life fully, and foolly, laughing all the way. Make a bucket list of all the undertakings you wish to undertake before being overtaken by the undertaker. Express your unique love in the world, and make your life a work of heart.

Bring your gift to the party, and show up for the greatest show on earth — REALITY! You know, reality. That’s reality TV without the TV. What a movie we’re in! A cast of 7 billion, and all of humanity is in the hero’s role. And the whole world is on the edge of its seat. Will we achieve critical mass before we reach critical massacre? Will there be an awakening, or a wake?… When it comes to transformation, we have all the time in the world. And that time is now."
