Sacrifice Souls and Soul Contracts

Posted by Steve Beckow on the 2012 Scenario website: from DT the ET

John Kennedy: A sacrifice soul
I have a friend who has spent her whole life giving but now must receive.  And she feels she’s burdening people.

We all seem to feel comfortable serving by giving. But so few of us seem to feel comfortable serving by receiving. But Ashtar said the other day that some people do have soul contracts to serve by making a sacrifice and awakening our compassion. (1)

St. Germain, speaking through Mike Quinsey, also says as much here: “Some of you have taken on karma that will necessitate that you experience need, and you carry this burden so that others can respond.” (2)

Many victims of violence fall into this group. They’ve agreed to help wake us all up by serving in this suffering role.

SaLuSa acknowledged this when he said: “Some great souls sacrifice their life to ground positive energies upon the Earth, which is often a greater achievement than if they had seen their life out as normal.” (3) John F. Kennedy was such a sacrifice soul, as was his brother Robert. He added: “We know you find it hard to understand that a soul would agree to such an arrangement, but it is crystal clear when you are out of the body before you incarnate.” (4)
Moreover, he reminds us, “the trauma of violent death is short lived.  Soon after, they reach the other side, where loving helpers attend them until their emotional reaction is healed.” (5) Matthew Ward served as a helper of newly-transitioned souls, doing the work that SaLuSa describes here.

But discussing notions like sacrifice souls and the purpose served by suffering raises the whole question of how much our lives are planned. And that brings us to consider subjects like life plans or soul contracts. Let’s take a moment out and consider how much of life is actually planned.

We often feel that our lives are ruled by coincidence and we often consider ourselves victimized.  But what we don’t generally realize is that far more of our lives are planned than we suspect, as SaLuSa explains.

“You may feel that many of your experiences are uncalled for, but we assure you that they are all connected with your life plan. Have you not been made aware that there is no such thing as coincidence, and that is the reason why they are so important to you? Naturally some coincidences appear of no real significance, and may be of minor importance. However, where you experience the harsh reality of life, it is for your spiritual understanding and development.” (6)
“In reality,” he tells us, “life is quite orderly inasmuch that every individual has his or her own plan, yet it still interacts with the whole.” (7)

“As you can clearly understand, you are all in here to learn through your experiences and nothing comes your way by pure chance. Life plans are agreed before you come into your earth body, and your Guides will do everything in their power to ensure you complete your incarnation successfully.” (8)

Saul describes the process of planning our lives and how that knowledge is kept from us after we incarnate so that we have the opportunity to make choices freely in the moment.

“You planned your life paths very carefully prior to incarnating to provide you with the lessons you chose to learn, knowing that when they occurred you would not understand them.  Within your limited state of human consciousness, understanding of that order is impossible because the lives of all humans affect each other in myriad incomprehensible ways.

“If you had knowledge of that it would be impossible for you to follow your chosen path because you would be constantly concerned about your standing and your effect on your group.  Your paths are all perfectly planned so that the necessary interactions will occur at exactly the right moment, allowing you total freedom to choose an appropriate response in the moment, as it occurs.”  (9)

All parts in the dramas of life have been agreed to beforehand by all members of the soul group, SaLuSa tells us, including ones who agree to take the dark roles:

“Remember that experiences are set up with souls that have all agreed to play out their respective roles. Someone has to take the part of the dark Ones, and believe us Dear Ones – you have all acted on both sides.” (10)

When we first learn of our life plans and soul contracts, we immediately wonder where freewill comes in. SaLuSa tells us that it came in both in our choices of scenarios in our life plan and also in our responses to the situations we brought to ourselves to be experienced.

“We hear some question where freewill comes in, but there would be no plan unless you exercised it prior to incarnating. Freewill is still your prerogative, but having agreed to a plan for your life you are drawn to those people and experiences that will help fulfil it. Your Guides are also very active in keeping you on track, but the final word is with you.” (11)

Matthew tells us that only “a relative handful of Earth’s peoples know about soul contracts.” (12) He says that we all agree to a general plan, but the specifics remain unknown prior to birth.

“Everyone who was directly affected by all of those happenings we mentioned agreed to participate as they did. This doesn’t mean that prior to birth they all knew exactly what they would encounter and when, but each had chosen to be a ‘perpetrator’ or a ‘victim’ or one within a sorrowing family to fulfill third density karma.” (13)

We don’t imagine that we are always in the right place at the right time to learn the lessons of this lifetime. But SaLuSa assures us that we are:

“Events can be foreseen way ahead, so it is easy enough to place you where it is of the most benefit. Life seems complicated but in reality it is quite simple, as you will always find yourself to be in the right place. It is much the same with the people that enter your life, as that is also by arrangement and agreement.” (14)

Archangel Uriel describes in a detailed way the interplay between ego and soul in the acting out of our life’s events.

“The soul and ego create an agreement for each lifetime in which the soul provides the opportunities for learning and healing that the ego agrees to complete. There is no final agreement as to the outcome for that is within the realm of the ego and free will. There is an opportunity to express the soul’s intention for the highest and best outcome but the ego must be able to release its attachment to the energies that it has created and willing to raise its vibration for this to occur. Often this agreement becomes a battle of the ego and free will against the soul and the life journey becomes challenging.

“The ego, which you often see as weak, holds all of the power and is the gateway to your life journey’s potential. When it operates within the parameters of the soul’s intention for healing it can access the highest levels of all experiences and outcomes intended for any lifetime. This completes healing cycles and allows your vibrational frequencies to increase and access to other life paths is possible. With each shift in your energetic vibration, through soul partnership, you move into new agreements, new timelines and new opportunities for living.

“But when the ego forgets its soul agreement its journey becomes ‘soul-less’, without the soul’s partnership. It tries to battle the darkness with its own darkness instead of connecting to the light within. Then life becomes a journey of fear, lack and confusion. What is missing is the light of the soul, which is available to the ego when it is willing to share the journey and to be open to the possibility of life beyond fear, because by itself it is not aware of that as a potential.” (15)

We don’t know the full story while we’re in the body. Even the suffering soul may not know it fully after transitioning. It awaits the life review called “the Judgement” for all the details to be known. (16)

The Judgement is not an event in which others judge us; it’s an event in which we judge ourselves. We compare our life plan with the akashic records to see how we did. It’s the Judgement that SaLuSa is referring to here, when we says “you will review your life.”

“Of course there are amongst you people who have been wronged as you would interpret it, and do consider themselves ‘victims.’ However, this is all by arrangement and you are a willing partner to the karma being played out. No matter how severe the circumstances, the fact remains that you were aware of your agreed life plan before you incarnated on Earth. Many will argue against it, convinced that they could not have agreed to suffer or indeed see others suffer.

“Be assured that when you pass over and return to the astral planes, you will clearly understand all facets of your life. You will review your life, and this can be a sobering time when you find out how well you have done where your life plan was concerned. The vibrations of Earth dull your senses, and it is not until you rise up higher that you can fully grasp the purpose of life on Earth.” (17)

Sometimes suffering exceeds the bounds of our contracts.  Matthew tells us, “always, divine grace comforts and uplifts those who are wrongfully treated—that is, in harsh ways they didn’t choose in soul contracts—and ‘offenders’ incur karma that is equally difficult to endure.” (18)

Ascended beings don’t judge us for our actions. They may mourn some of our unfortunate choices and our missed opportunities, but they don’t blame us, as SaLuSa explains.

“There is no judgment at the higher levels, and we simply see beautiful souls making their way back to the Light. The whole purpose of being in duality is to grow through experience, so why indeed should anyone’s choice be looked upon as different to anyone else’s? Your lives all carry responsibility and your actions are accountable for by you, but once cleared karmically there are no recriminations.” (19)

Even now, in mid-2012, we’ll see a lot of people leaving Earth through unfortunate means. But these exits too give those concerned significant progress. Their next lifetimes will be on an ascended Earth, Matthew says.

“Prior to peace and harmony prevailing throughout Earth, many, many souls will leave due to the same causes as now—disease, starvation, injuries in wars and other types of violence, geophysical events—so the population will continue to decrease from those means.

“As sorrowful as these deaths may seem, the adversity that the souls experience beyond their pre-birth agreements gives them leaps forward in soul growth. They will greet their return to Nirvana [Matthew's name for the astral planes], knowing that if they choose another Earth lifetime, it will be in the splendor and glory of a revitalized world and the abiding love among its inhabitants.” (20)

Perhaps knowing these matters, we can step back from the raw events that we see and realize that what is being acted out in many instances is being done so for the growth of the souls concerned and for the awakening of the world from its unfortunate habits of mind and ignorance.

If we could do that, then we could more appropriately honor the sacrifice that some souls make, like the victims of the Denver shootings or the Earth changes taking place around the world. And we could see that the suffering of the victims is short-lived and results in progress made on the long, long journey to our common realization of our true identities, a realization which will cause all illusion, all dreaming, and all suffering to end.

Footnotes

(1) “Do not forget the sacrifice. And we know this is probably something that many of your listeners do not want to hear. But [in] the sacrifice of those beings that have lost their lives, and the families that have sacrificed, there has also been a level of soul agreement. So it is not wasted sacrifice. It is nowhere near as wasted as some of your more warring efforts.

“In the same way that when you have what you think of as a tragedy, where a number of people die together, or they leave the planet together, there is a soul agreement for that to happen to raise the awareness, to build compassion, to build trust.”
