*[Kp update: it just occurred to me that the title may very well refer to the “re-creation” of the planet. “Time to rest with the planet and enjoy her re-creation“. Feels right to me!]
This GaiaPortal indicates it is a time for us to rest with Gaia, and follow her Spirits. The word “florescence” means “A condition or time of flowering“,
so perhaps “Florescents are plentiful” implies that there are a lot of
“flowerings” (or, individuals going through the process of “flowering”)
going on right now.
